Equipped with an Honors Legum Baccalaureus degree from the prestigious Makerere University and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Center of Uganda, Osker wields more than a decade of experience in active employment and practice with leading banking and financial institutions including, but not limited to, Absa Bank, Finance Trust Bank and Bank of Uganda.
